Two Worlds (2017)

received its name from layered connotations originating from using Serigraphs from
1983 and combining them with drawings from 2016. I am straddling not only the several worlds of my
heritage in my daily life, but I am now also integrating art of an older part of my life- almost forgotten-
into my contemporary artistic process. It feels surreal. While I am observing the re-awakening of far
right movements here and in Europe, I feel like I am standing on the Schlossberg in Dachau, with all of
its historical and personal connotations.
